Software as a Service (SaaS) Access Labstudio LIMS from US$400 p/m for your initial physical site hosted in Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure.

A one-time onboarding fee, covering both training and system configuration, is billed separately.

Why SaaS Makes Sense
Over recent years, many organisations have shifted from traditional software purchases to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) models. With no upfront capital investment required, integrating a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) into your daily operations has become significantly more cost-effective. Plus, SaaS offers flexibility, no long-term contracts, no lock-in periods, and no drawn-out cancellation processes.

Support

Get optional monthly support for ad-hoc telephonic, e-mail and TeamViewer incidents. Support hours are offered at a discounted monthly rate starting at US$150 for 4 hours. Cancel at any time.

Data Transfer Services

Data can be entered manually or we can utilise one of our many available services to transfer legacy data. We offer DOS/terminal data, Excel/CSV, other relational databases like SQL, mySQL services. Even paper records can be transcribed. Service fees varies based on the total man hours required. Expect an investment of US$2500 – US$5000.

To allow you to work side by side with both new and old systems, we’ll develop tools to allow you to convert data into the Labstudio database with the press of a button. No need to send databases away or upload it to get processed manually.

Machine Interfacing

Machine Interfacing is available to ensure seamless, automatic integration of your laboratory equipment with the LIMS. This service is offered at an additional cost, tailored to your lab’s specific setup. Pricing typically starts around USD 700 per interface configuration.
